- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process usually includes an initial consultation by phone or email, which would then be followed by an onsite visit with the client. Before work is done, all work is thoroughly understood and agreed in writing with both my client and myself. My customer's satisfaction is the most important part of our transaction. My customer is the reason I am in business, and I treat customers the way I would want to be treated if I were the customer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in home construction, remodeling, and general maintenance for over 30 years. I also have a 4 year degree in Computer Engineering, and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA). I also have 20 plus years in home theater technology. I personally have owned and currently own very high end home theater components, and have constructed several home theaters ove rthe years for myself and for others. I am constantly searching for new knowledge and educating myself on new home remodeling and construction techniques, finishes, as well as computer and home theater technologies and products.
