- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you decide you'd like to book, it is only $75 to secure your spot. We make gorgeous custom art affordable for families in TN, NC, and beyond. We offer a no-interest layaway plan for all products purchased. Yes, you CAN now afford museum-quality large canvas heirloom pieces to pass onto your children and grandchildren one day. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer online scheduling for a complimentary consultation (in-person or by phone/email.) After the consultation, we choose a date, sign some forms, make payment, and book the session. We follow up to describe ideas for what to wear and prepare them for their upcoming session. The day of the session, we get to know the client a little more first, warm up, start with some traditional posing, then move into more candid and artistic shots as everyone becomes more comfortable. Sessions are not long, (20-60 minutes) We schedule an ordering session for two weeks after the session. In-Person Ordering Sessions offer the ability to use our room viewing software at no cost to the client. It takes all the guesswork out of ordering wall art and provides the most accurate method of getting beautiful custom artwork for your home. Most products arrive at the client's home approximately 2 weeks after final payment is received. Artisan, hand-crafted products may take up to 6 weeks for delivery (but are so worth the wait!)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal Education: Full Sail University, Graphic Design Self-Taught: Adobe Photoshop (1995 - present) PPA & PPETN: Member of professional photographer trade associations and receive continuing study through the extensive education provided by each. Invested in Workshops/Classes/Seminars by the following renowned artists: Roberto Valenzuela, Meg Bitton, Tara Lesher, Aaron Nace, Brooke Shaden, Kirsten Lewis, Lindsay Adler, Ana Brandt, Scott Rober Lim, Sandy Puc, Abba Shapiro, Ryan Brenizer, Ben Willmore, and others!
