FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60-70/hour massage or $90-99/90 minute massage. $175/90 minute initial Naturopathic nutrition and wellness intake. $85 monthly after that or $65 to $100 per followup visit (30 to 60 minutes in person or over the phone/skype). I also occassionally run deals for packages of massage and Naturopathic visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask my new customer to complete an online intake, then while in my office we review any concerns and requests, confirm no contraindications to massage, allow then to ask any questions, and then I leave the room to allow them to get comfortable on my (heated in winter) massage table. While massaging I ask about the pressure of the massage, and make sure my techniques are beneficial at that moment. I strive to make my client as comfortable as possible, and to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of massage in that hour or two. Regarding my naturopathic nutrition or wellness clients, I ask more in depth health questions, history, quizzes, review labs, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Doctorate in Naturopathic medicine. Functional nutrition specialty. Licensed Massage Therapist. Certifications in many modalities for bodywork including Thai yoga massage, reflexology, cupping, gua sha, myofascial release. Certification in personal training.
