- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates! Once you contact us and provide a basic description of your project, our lead contractor, Robert, will visit your location to take measurements and discuss your specifics further. He'll take the information back to the office to work up your estimate, then hand it off to Antoniette, who will type and email the complimentary estimate to you. Once you've chosen us, we'll secure your project with a contract and deposit and get you booked into our calendar! Your balance is paid once you are fully satisfied!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from decades of working strictly in the field of paint contracting, Robert continues to refine his skills with specialty courses, reading up on advancements in products related to our craft, color trends, and so on. For instance, in recent years, he completed an intensive course in Florida to learn how to work with authentic Italian Venetian plaster and how to perform other skilled finishes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We love working directly with home owners, small business owners, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions. We've performed extensive work for Tyler Junior College (TJC), local churches, countless private residences, medical facilities, the Tyler Police Department, Fire Houses, City projects for Tyler, Canton, and Lindale, and much more! We also are one of the few East Texas paint contractors with extensive experience hanging commercial wall vinyl.
