Barry has been investigating criminal matters for my criminally accused clients for about a year. These people are presumed innocent and Barry and I take that sort of thing very seriously. During the time Barry has been investigating matters for my client's cases he has been a major factor in uncovering facts that have lead to criminal matters being dismissed for things such as alibi (the wrong person was arrested). Additionally, Barry's work product has played a substantial role in getting some not guilty verdicts and getting a few great deals on plea agreements. Barry is thoughtful and caring. In fact, Barry spots things in cases that at times I ask myself "How does he do it?" Barry's reports are thorough and they provide excellent documentation for my client's files. I customize my prices to meet a clients budgetary requirements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrange to meet with all clients personally to discuss the types of services to be provided. After our initial consultation, I review the Letter of Engagement Contract detailing the service agreement between the agency and the client. A retainer may be required based on the type of services to be provided.
