- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There's always industry standard pricing. But since I'm a small business and the only employee is me, I'm afforded flexibility to help people out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
More of a two sided interview, making sure I can do what they request, and they're a good fit for me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
That list is a long and lengthy one. I've been PPG, DuPont, and icar certified to name a few. Most certs don't seem to matter anymore, it's more about work experience.
