FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and includes what it properly takes to get the job done. I encompass more in my process of cleaning your carpet versus charging you for what should already be included. Some of our jobs are are based on factors of square footage and distance. Please note, there is an additional trip charge fee of $30 for distances beyond 20 miles and less than 31 miles travel distance of 85340. Same day service, is an additional $50 plus the cleaning that needs to be taken care of. Please note, any rooms larger than 250 square feet, you must add an additional room size which equals an additional $30 to be added to the initial charge. We only service the 1st two floors for apartments and condos. In order for us to service your apartment or condo, we will need outside access to a water source. "We do not move furniture"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to what their concerns are, followed by an explanation of those concerns with comprehensive answers. It is extremely important to return the customer's phone calls and text messages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I strongly believe in education and currently have a Bachelors Degree in Business with a minor in Information Systems. As my relationship to this field, a lot of my training came by way of Coverall Cleaning Concepts in San Diego, CA where I started as a Franchise Owner. On the job or out in the field, experience has been one of my best teachers along the side of cleaning professionals that have been in the business for over 30 plus years. I was able to gain first-hand knowledge and hands-on-training by the best. I have cleaned a multitude of carpets by the thousands of feet, floor service in the hundreds of thousands, medical facilities, residents, and offices. I have my Certificate of Completion in Carpet Cleaning and Odor Control from the Restoration Sciences Academy. These standards are implemented by the IIRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) where I passed both exams in Carpet Cleaning and Odor Control. I am a firm believer in keeping myself educated with the latest advancements in the industry and try to implement those processes whenever possible.
