prices vary depending on how many courses, guests and service type
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our staff members meet with the potential customer that is interested in our services and write down a detailed description of what and how the customer want to their event to be catered. We discuss the menu and times of each course. Or staff gather and submit a detailed description of prices for the customer based on their needs. Once the customer confirms of the services and prices. We pursue to gather everything needed for the day of the event. confirmation from customer needs to be 2 1/2 weeks before the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, Served in the U.S. Army as a Culinary Arts Specialists from 2010-2016. Worked at the Bourbon House in New Orleans back in 2008. Also did some volunteer work for different catering companies with my most recent being a restaurant called The Glass Door. Serv Safe management certified and Instrutor certified
