Clarance and team were able to replace my furnace quickly and at a competitive price. While they were in my crawl space, they diagnosed and repaired 2 other issues that I was completely unaware of. I would definitely used CAL Property Care again.

In search of AC repair, I received proposals from about 4 different contractors. I chose Clarence because he was the most knowledgeable and affordable. He acknowledged an issue that we had prior to the AC going out without me even mentioning it. He did his own research outside of my concerns & was able to repair pre-existing issues. He was responsive and ready to install the new unit the next day. His team was very professional and made sure to follow up after installation. My new unit works even better than before!! From the time I contacted Clarence until the time my AC repair was satisfactorily completed I felt confident I found an honest, knowledgeable professional! He is very busy but was able to squeeze our repair into his schedule the same day. He is extremely transparent, explaining everything throughly. You know exactly what you are paying for and can even watch him perform the work. After 10 years in my home, he is now my new AC repairman and I will not call anyone else. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Below Fair pricing for the same quality work is my standard. I know local pricing on desired repairs and usually come in at about 70% of that price because I have less overhead and a small staff.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out the basic need of the customer, present options to meet and exceed those needs, quote price on desired work. Warranty work and keep customer informed while the process is going on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am college educated with an associates degree and vocational trade certifications in building trades and HVAC.
