- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Below Fair pricing for the same quality work is my standard. I know local pricing on desired repairs and usually come in at about 70% of that price because I have less overhead and a small staff.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out the basic need of the customer, present options to meet and exceed those needs, quote price on desired work. Warranty work and keep customer informed while the process is going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am college educated with an associates degree and vocational trade certifications in building trades and HVAC.
