- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing are current or below market value prices. After 30 years of serving the Metro Atlanta area we still stand on the principle of quoting a fair price to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a time and date is set to render service we will call the customer ahead to inform them that we are in route and if today still good for the cleaning or do they need to reschedule for another day and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have attended a number of work shop classes for cleaning carpet and floors but after 30 years of cleaning trial & error is the best teacher and we feel that we have accomplished that milestone to give our customers the best of service.
