- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are customized to the project. We find it best to work directly with the client to determine exactly what they want to give an accurate estimate. There are no hidden fees. Non-profits do get a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have the discovery phase where we like to learn more about the client and what they want their project to be . This can be done via phone or email. Next we'll outline the project with due dates if necessary in writing. Then we start working on the project. At each phase, we'll ask the client for feedback. Generally we allow 2 rounds of revisions for the video.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to North Carolina School of the Arts as an actor. In 2010, I had an internship with a director in LA, and the following year I started my own production company in Lancaster, PA. I've worked with clients such as The Zac Brown Band, Linkin Park, Fifth Harmony, the ASPCA, Clair Global, Tait Towers, Atomic Design, Auntie Anne's, as well as local businesses and newlyweds.
