- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A little of knowledge about what they are having done. A bit of knowledge about the proper process to do project. Ask questions!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting" ok" to start job I typically on the first day come in and locate a central area to set the smaller supplies and organize them so they are easy to find. I then walk with customer and find out the section of job that is most important to them to complete first ( if a big job), also I introduce them to my help. Then on a daily basis I tell them my daily goals. ..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started this trade through my ex husband learned the basics through him. Yet to be honest I still learn something new on very job as none are exactly the same.
