- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standard pricing at the moment. I welcome every client on a case by case basis. There are services that are quite creative and im happy to adjust pricing that relates to the service my team is providing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I read carefully the request and quickly provide a reasonable quote that i feel is affordable and fair. If there are questions on both sides I am more than happy to seek out answers to provide the very best experience for the client; I also will provide demos on certain projects or examples of my portfolio. The Phone makes it easier and faster to communicate so i offer that early on in the project and finally i make it available that revisions are something that i will happily do for them until they are satisfied with the final assignment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 14 years of online marketing education. I graduated college with a degree in computer science / business administration. I worked for a marketing firm for a few years all while doing side projects for clients of my own. I later created my own marketing company and have a staff of 50+ agents. My training include: social media marketing, seo, website creation, logo design, printing design services, and more...
