This business is great. They're local and respond immediately. They have on call for off hours. They're usually early for appointments. They're in constant contact to allow me to get to the house. They've all been professional. I've never had a negative experience with this team. And they showed up in the middle of a holiday weekend to install a new HVAC system on one of the hottest days ever. It may not have been the hottest day ever, but when your ac goes out in AR.... it's the hottest day ever. They never once complained or made any remarks. They helped me stay calm. They helped finance the entire thing and it was all super easy. Since then, they call me to remind me about inspections and take all the pressure off me. I love this team. Never had any issue with any of the people that come out.

Dark Horse was contacted through my home warranty program. After I was stood up by the first company contracted. The technician was very responsive once work order was submitted, I was contacted the same day within 2 hours by Dark Horse. The technician arrived on time to my home (traveling over an hour) and completed the job in a timely manner. The quality of work was great and the technician stands behind his work...big plus!!! Thanks Dark Horse for fixing my air conditioning unit!!
