- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consults $100 upfront plus $75 hourly. Websites 5-10 pages start at $3000. E-commerce websites start at $5000. Projects can vary greatly that's why a precontract meeting or conversation is a must.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Preliminary meeting for understanding the project scope. 2) Proposal and contract submitted to client. 3) 1-week research, 1-week design, 1-week development, 1-week review/edits/handover Timelines can be greater or larger depending on the ease of the project, but this is usually the average. Projects tend to get delayed only if the client doesn't get the necessary information over to developers (i.e. Images they want to use, copy text for certain areas of the site). Preparation is key.

B.A. in Business Administration from Elon University. Minor in Computer Science. Graduate of General Assembly in NYC Programming Fundamentals in Ruby on Rails. Have also taken courses in iOS design, development, SEO marketing, as well as other topics.
