- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge an hourly rate for both accounting and tax work. As I get to know my clients, I have worked out a flat monthly rate agreeable to both of us and very reasonable. Through the years, my clients have transferred from the tax services out there to realize in the end my fees are very comparable and your work is performed by a CPA
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client has a unique set of circumstances and needs; I offer a free initial consultation either at my office or on the phone to get to know your needs so we can work together to accomplish your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over 30 years; 1st in California and in Colorado for 15 years. As a small business owner, I understand your needs and specialize in small businesses in all industries. (50 or less employees) I am an expert with Quick Books and work with my clients from the beginning offering training or performing their bookkeeping needs for them. I have worked with all the government agencies including the IRS and the State of Colorado in the areas of IRS correspondence or audit, payroll and sales tax and individual taxes at a 100% success rate. As with anything, there are no guarantees but with my vast knowledge and attention to detail, I will represent you to the best of my abilities.
