Introduction: As a working voice-over talent, I understand how to guide aspiring VO talents, so they gain marketable skills to become pros. Voice-over is a very nuanced art form and requires acting ability. I know what's required and can help move students toward success. I have over 10 years of experience as a voice-over coach, both at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and with private students. I love to encourage talents to build on their strengths and grow as artists. I enjoy the connection between myself and a student as he/she have "aha" moments and become increasingly adept at self-direction - taking the controls and producing great voice-over work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65 per hour. Most students opt for weekly or semi-monthly coaching.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with the potential student via phone to discuss their voice over goals and experience level. Then we set up a 1st coaching session via Skype audio. If the student prefers, they can come to my house to work with me in person for the 1st session. After that, we continue with Skype audio sessions. I provide material for the student to work on during the coaching session and help guide them to resources so they can search for material on their own, as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently a full-time professional voice over talent with a home studio and several agents and I started in VO in the early 1990s. I've been teaching voice over at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts for 10 years, as well as coaching private students. My degree is in Telecommunications (Radio & Television).
