Introduction: While I am new to Thumbtack, I am not new to the industry. After working for various large HVAC companies, my wife and I have decided to begin working for ourselves. We hope you will give us an opportunity to show you our execeptional customer service. After all, being able to repair something that is broken or not working properly, brings me great satisfaction. That equals your satisfaction, which is number one for me. I have 22 years experience in the HVAC industry both for commercial and residential. I have seen just about anything and everything, I am confident that I can fix or repair your equipment. If I am unsure, I have a lot of resources at my disposal to figure out what is going on.

My furnace fan went bad and it seemed like there may have been a different problem than the fan, but bob came in and diagnosed that the fan motor had gone bad and replaced it with a high quality motor and now my house stays at a good temp and doesn't run very often either

I have had Quinn Mechanical out to my house more then once. Bob was very professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained very clear as to what needed to be done and why. Quinn Mechanical, Inc. provided professional and prompt plumbing services at an affordable price when I recently required an emergency hot water tank replacement in my home along with several other plumbing repairs. I was extremely satisfied with the expert services provided that I used Quinn Mechanical to upgrade and repair 3 bathrooms along with kitchen plumbing upgrades and repairs when remodeling my home. I highly recommend Quinn Mechanical and will definitely depend on them for any future plumbing services.

I don't normally write reviews, however, I have to take the time to give Bob and Jackie the recognition they so well deserve! If you are looking for HVAC, or all around maintenace work, please give Quinn Mechanical a call. You will be glad you did. Bob and Jackie are both very professional, personable, timely, clean, conscientious, hard working, very good at what they do, and ALL at a reasonable rate. My water heater decided to give out in a very weird way... Bob took the time to explain to me what was wrong, possible reasons for why the problem occurred, and all options available to fix the problem. There was no pressure to proceed in any particular direction, and Bob was willing to share his professional opinion when asked. Once I decided on how to proceed, he kept me informed of the progress as things went along, showed up right on time for the actual repair, didn't charge me for the original assessment, and was able to complete the repair ahead of schedule. What I really like about the work Bob did is that he worked with my goofy schedule, he is very knowledgeable about his trade and he is a perfectionist. For any of you out there with that tendency of your own, I'm sure you appreciate this same quality in others. Thank you Bob and Jackie! It's so nice to have hot water again! Linda
