- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I discuss my client's personal, fitness and self protection goals. Prior to commencing instruction, I conduct a minimal physical abilities assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess over 40 years of martial arts experience as a student, instructor and business owner. I currently hold a certification as a MMA Conditioning Specialist issued by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always believed that martial arts and fitness yields endless physical and mental benefits. I decided that I needed to share.
