Introduction: I have over 40 years in Remodeling, new construction residential and commercial design. We also can design any cabinetry or woodworking project you have in mind. I can provide 3d renderings, Construction ready drawings and assist in contractor selection. I am not an Architect, however I believe my designs are consistent with Modern Architecture norms. My advantage is that I spent over 40 years not only building but designing structures and my costs are far lower than standard Architectural fees. I enjoy solving a design issue and transforming it into reality.

The firm had a great design for our pantry rebuild involving pullout drawers, improved lighting, build-in wine rack and bookcase for cooking books. The end product was very well built and functional. We could not be more pleased. The firm also installed pullouts in our kitchen to provide better access to pots, pans and bowls. Again the pullouts were very well built, and functionality is vastly improved. Highly recommend this firm.

Don’t waste your time- they responded to our project immediately, came out to see it, too measurements and promised a quote and that they were interested. Confirmed their interest multiple times and waited two weeks for said quote, until they stopped responding to me. Did not even have the courtesy to tell me they were busy or not interested, which would have been fine. Waste of time and very disappointing.
