- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standardized pricing system for my work. Each job is uniquely different and as a result so are the costs involved. This way full attention can be paid to the details of each individual project, to maximize customer satisfaction. For the customers convenience, we now ACCEPT MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An interview to determine the customers needs, then a design if required. Finally a estimate/proposal for the desired work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education is in landscape design and nursery management. This formal education coupled with over 45 years of experience' means that I have the technical knowledge to perform the work desired, as well as the experience to do it effectively and efficiently. It also means that if there is a potential problem to be faced; I have most likely already run across it many times and determined the most effective solution to it. You only get that kind of experience through years (in my case decades) of hands on experience. That kind combination of knowledge and experience can't be bought; but you can hire trough us.
