John Cunningham remodeled our home from top to bottom and I couldn't be more pleased. He worked in each room as if it were his own. His skills (especially carpentry) are above reproach. John offered creative solutions to the problems we encountered in our older home. He is an honest, dependable worker. He still has my house key because I know to call him if I want my future jobs/repairs done right!

John Cunningham has done numerous projects on our home over the past year. These include laying an oak floor in three second floor rooms and a ceramic tile floor in two large first floor rooms. He also completely renovated an upstairs bathroom which included moving walls and installing updated lighting. Additionally, he renovated our kitchen, removed a wet-bar and built a pantry in it's place. He also completely re-sided and painted an outdoor storage building which now looks brand new. I have been completely satisfied with Mr. Cunningham's ability, professionalism and honesty.
