If there is a possibility that something has broke or has been scratched we will replace the item if available , if not there will be a total refund and we also will pay for the item that has broke... i as a owner take very much pride in transferring your belongings to where ever you go.. we only ask that you would take time to write a review as to what you liked or disliked about our buissness so that we can change the things we are doing wrong or to write how happy and responsible we were with your belongings!!!
