FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do. After the proposal is signed by my customers I print out the estimate sheet that provides exactly in detail of how each item was charged. I have the up most confidence in my pricing and value I don't mind at all sharing it with my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With me and my company Happy House Contracting I provide the following for any new customer. There is no overhead! ie I am the same guy who first greets you at your front door to give your free estimate and I'll be the same guy who does the job and says goodbye at the end. It's important to me to have a relationship with my customers. I'm no salesman( Who may have never even done the job they are selling) I'm a proud member of the Better Business Bureau who looks to exede all of the expectations from my customers.
