There is no better tasting food or service anywhere.
I enjoy everything about my work, from the Cooking that I take so much pride in to the presentation of the event, whether it's a buffet, a sit down dinner, wedding reception, bridal tea, baby shower, anniversary celebration or a birthday party, I enjoy every little detail with each event that I am involved in. I love meeting new people and trying to come up with foods that will please each persons pallet. I want to make each event as Special as the person or people that it is for.

Regina Young catered my wedding and she did a phenomenal job! From appetizers, all the way up to the main course, the food was so delicious and my guests were raving about it long after the wedding. I would definitely love to work with her again!

Birtie's is so amazing! The food that was catered for my daughters wedding was delicious, everything was just perfect. Best experience I've ever had with catering. She is willing to help in any way and answered any questions I had. So if you need catering call Birtie's !! What a blessing

Birtie's Catering did my son's wedding and we were more than satisfied! She had a friendly, capable staff, excellent food, and the presentation was beautiful as well. We did a rustic barn theme. The staff wore professional uniforms and were very attentive. The food was delicious! I would definitely recommend Birtie's Catering. Very easy to work with, and an excellent value. I was please in every way.
