What was originally thought to be a simple fix turned into a really big problem. These guys handled it with ease. They worked carefully and diligently, determined to find the issue. Calvin even pushed other appointments back to help me. On top of the quality work that was done, here are some additional things I liked. 1) Calvin tried his best to help me over the phone before I hired anyone which could’ve saved me some money. 2) He was able to shift our appointment by half an hour at the last minute due to me being stuck at work. 3) His crew went above and beyond what was expected even though the issue was not what it was thought to be. 4) The entire time they worked, Calvin would let me know what he was doing and why so that I could understand.
