- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are as follows: Portrait Sessions beginning at $375 Events beginning at $100/hour Wedding Packages beginning at $500 (ceremony only OR reception only)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After agreeing to work on Thumbtack, new customers will receive a quote, contract, and invoice from my website confirm that all our I's are dotted and T's crossed. 25% of an invoice is due upon receipt of invoice and can be paid via e-check or credit card. After all the logistics are taken care of, depending on which services you need, a phone call may be setup to discuss our vision and ideas for the shoot as well as a date. Between the call and date clients can expect a Pinterest board with ideas as well as touching base often before the day of the shoot. Once the shoot has been completed, the remainder of payment is due, and again depending on the services needed, images are delivered within two weeks as high and low resolution files via digital transfer.

I have been photographing for 10 years, went to university for four years where I studied Fine Art Photography, and have been in business for one year.
