- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing are subject to change within 24 hours. This is due to hotel and flight price changes. Book immediately after pricing. Low down payments if booked far enough in advance. 1 % cash back offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require customers to read the entire quote as well as the fine print. I will set up the vacation while in the phone with the customer and the email with confirmation will be sent before the end of the call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I train for 1 hour daily to improve my craft.
