As a women owned organization I would say I love what I do because I truly care about our customers. We build relationships and look to do repeat business with our homeowners. We take the time that is needed to be sure we clearly communicate everything needed to get the job done right and in a timely fashion. One homeowner that stands out to me in particular was an elderly lady who lived by herself and had a tree fall on her roof. Her insurance was a mortgage forced insurance and the coverage was not the greatest. We went above and beyond helping her out to get the job put back together and did all the back end work handling the insurance company to ensure she didn't have to worry. We put that job back better than what is started out as and she was thrilled to be able to get back into her home and allow us to take the headache off her. We take the time that is needed to make sure our customers feel comfortable and confident with our services!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The best way to give accurate pricing is to come out to inspect property and damages. Most jobs are hard to price over the phone without a complete and thorough inspection. We take a professional eye to the job to ensure nothing is missed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up an appointment at the customers convenience and review the work needed to be completed. We will provide a professional opinion of what is required along with a full report and photos of documented damage. Once we have a clear idea of what is needed we can provide a full estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified through the NWIR, NRCA, IICRC, and Master Shingle Certified with Certaineed and other shingle manufacturers such as GAF and Owens Corning. We also have our General Contractors License #RBCO006205.
