- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we like to price our services on a fixed cost so the customer understands how much they will be paying. We also clearly layout what is included in the fixed cost so everyone knows what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is a phone conversation to understand the business needs of our new customers. We like to hear the end goal and identify the steps to help them get there. We provide options and are transparent through the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience in web design, marketing & audio
