Chef Billy exceeded expectations. We had a high profile event and Chef Billy excelled. Not only is his food delicious but his personality is exactly what you want in a caterer. He was efficient, well organized, professional and personable. We plan on hiring Chef Billy again for future events.

I had no idea what I wanted for food for my sister's bridal shower and Billy came up with a menu that I loved. The food was phenomenal as well as the presentation. It was a little crazy the day of and when he arrived but he was able to adapt and work around all of the people running around. I will definitely be keeping him in mind for anything else we need catered!

We just had our daughter's woodland themed baby shower. Chef William was amazing to work with. I told him what was needed, the budget I had in mind, and he was able to create a menu that my guests raved about. The buffet table looked amazing with the white birch accents and greenery that I had hoped for. The food was plentiful and delicious, all with the woodland theme incorporated. Chef William was unobtrusive as he replenished everything as needed. I was actually able to enjoy the event and mingle with guests. I highly recommend him for any event!

William was amazing for our Corporate Picnic! After working with him on a menu, he came up with an collaborated with me on the perfect menu for my company as well as making sure that our vegetarian co-workers needs were met. He was wonderful in reassuring me that the event would still be wonderful even with our in climate weather of rain but he was well prepared with a tent of his own and came promptly to set up before guests arrived. He was quick on his feet and brought his partner Jennifer who attended to our needs as well as assisted in running food to our buffet line to keep it warm and stocked for the slow accrual of guests. Since then, everyone has been raving about the food, especially the steak tips! They were an amazing team, the food was spectacular and I wholeheartedly would recommend them for any catering that you could need. They went above and beyond.

Chef "billy " was amazing. I was very pleased as were my guests. The food was awesome and he presented everything beautifully. We had tons of leftovers and he could not have been more pleasant!
