Bryan was the contractor for a full remodel of a 3/4 bathroom in our historic Denver home. This was a full demo down to the studs, installation of drywall and subway tile on walls/floor, new plumbing and electrical work, and installation of the new shower enclosure, toilet, lighting and bathroom vanity. He was very responsive and understanding throughout the entire project, including the many times our scope changed and when the old house presented new construction challenges. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

my pricing is based on job and time needed to complete plus materials. it varies job to job. Bear Hands will provide free estimates!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet a customer in person and go over the details of the job and get a good understanding of there needs and expectations on work needed and provide them with an estimate to give them a good idea of what they will be spending before we schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
over 5 years various home improvement work from personal properties to friends, family, and neighbors homes. Working with a number of different contractors on various jobs over the stent of those years as well.
