Introduction: As an attorney and CPA, I am excited to provide my clients with a plan that covers both their legal and tax issues. I have over 6 years of experience working with clients on their estate plans and tax issues. My goal is to provide value to my clients by offering exceptional service at a reasonable price. We worked with Vuong Law Firm recently to create a Trust and Will for my Father who has cancer. Quan was so professional and personal at the same time. He made a not so great situation so easy. Quan will come to your home if needed. Quan really took the time to explain the legal aspect of Wills vs. Trusts, ensured that we were comfortable with the process and understood all the documents. I typically charge a flat fee for my services so that clients know what to expect and are not surprised at the end of the engagement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by asking the client how much they know about wills, trusts, and taxes. Based on their answers, I will either start at the beginning or fill in any gaps that they may have. After laying the foundation, I will answer any specific questions they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed attorney and CPA in the state of California. I have an undergraduate degree in accounting, a law degree, and a master's degree in tax law.
