As the Finance Director of a non-profit one of my responsibilities was IT and infrastructure of the organization. We first contracted with an individual who left everything in a mess. Senior Computer Services came in and saved the day. Over the past few years, Gaetan worked with me to rebuild our infrastructure and upgrade our PCs. He was always professional and answered everyone's questions so we could all understand.
