- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the linear foot and then so much per gate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally most customers have an idea of what they want so we help them with location for the new fence. Explain to them the processes we take to install the fence, show them options that are available etc. For customers who don't know or aren't sure of what they want we show the different types of fencing which ones are sufficient for the project they have in mind then take them through all processes. We answer any questions they may have and reassure the customer we will be with them every step of the way from start to finish and for any service needs they may need in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Through years of experience I have learned what works and what doesn't.
