Our daily habits can greatly compromise our posture. When creating a plan, I carefully pick the exercises according to your current posture. Additionally, I always integrate posture corrective exercises into my programs. Maintaining a healthy spine will help you reach your goal efficiently and avoid injury.
Maximum program customization and flexibility:
We will work on achieving your goals through integrating a pain-free training plan customized to your needs, personal preferences, and health conditions. In addition, we will work on fitting this plan into your schedule so it adds value to your daily routine instead of making you feel burdened.
I understand how hard it can be to start training and to commit to a new routine that is out of your comfort zone, and I believe the only way to make it easier and keep you motivated by working together to make this journey feel like fun, rather than work.

After doing an assessment and discussing your goals and personal preferences, we can work together on setting a plan with challenging yet realistic goals. This plan would ensure that you are always progressing, and never hitting a plateau. Only through following such a plan will you be able to stay motivated to work out and finally achieve your goals.
