I highly recommend Restoration One of Springfield! Cory and Ben came to my home quickly, assessed my situation, and got to work. It was no small job…water had spread along my walls into three rooms, behind kitchen cabinets, underneath my flooring before I was able to see it. They worked late into the night for several days (including Christmas Eve) to remediate the water and mold damage and to protect my home from further damage. They showed the highest degree of professionalism, had the latest equipment (i.e., cool gadgets), kept me fully informed of their findings and progress, showed the greatest respect for my home and its contents, cleaned up as they worked, and worked directly with my insurance company. I hope I never have to call them again, but if the need arose, I’d call these two veterans back in a heartbeat.

My technician, Mr. Graves, was extremely professional and thorough. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing throughout the entire process. He also came prepared with just about everything he could possibly need. While there he discovered I had a mold problem that was taken care of too. He took great care in ensuring that my things were not damaged which I definitely appreciated. I would not hesitate to use their services again. Maria

The crew showed up a bit later than scheduled but worked straight thru to building curfew. Worked in a professional manner and kept me informed of findings as they progressed.

The team at Restoration 1 was very professional and thorough in performing mold remediation and removal of water damage in our master bathroom. Cory explained the process clearly during the estimate and provided a very detailed list of work that would be done. Patrick and Darin worked hard the entire 10 hour day removing the water damage and mold. The price was fair and the work was complete very quickly. I hope we do not need Restoration 1's service in the future, but would not hesitate to call them again if we do.

We go by the xactimate standard for square foot for a baseline. However, we always work with our customer to achieve a fair price while maintaining the highest quality work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In an emergency situation R1 of Springfield is going do everything to be the Company that the customer is thankful they called. We will explain what steps that will take place, answer questions, problem solve, and work tirelessly to get the job done.
