- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to COVID, I am only VIRTUAL. The initial consultation/workout is $50 3 or more workouts per week are $35 per session. 1-2 workout per week are $45 per session. If I travel to you, $25 travel fee. Extra person $15 per session. Extra person limit is $45. Group classes $170/month Meal planning $20/ month
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial consultation we will discuss your motivation, goal, expectations and nutrition. We will take measurements (body fat, muscle, BMI, BMR, and take inches). Next, I will put you through basic fitness test and build a plan for you. We will do this fitness test once a week and watch your numbers change! You will get stronger, more defined and closer to meeting your goals with ever session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a few fitness college courses during my undergraduate degree. I'm certified as a personal trainer and as a weight loss personal trainer. I have a certificate in nutrition. I'm CPR/AED/First Aid certified.
