FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, whether it be the time involved, personnel required or equipment needed. Is there editing to be done and, if so, how complicated is it? What is the length of the final video? How is the final media going to be delivered? Is the shoot a full day or half day? These are just a few of the factors in determining the final price. Each project is inherently unique and therefore requires individual attention to the details to help ensure the video's success at a fair price. So while there is no cookie-cutter pricing structure, I am always willing to work with the customer to modify and customize where practical to obtain the best results without sacrificing quality, while still achieving the overall vision, requirements and budget of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determining the needs and expectations of the customer's project and strategizing when and where necessary to develop a plan that results in a sucessful video product at an exceptional value.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of professional television broadcast experience as a award-winning TV Photographer/Videographer and Editor at major stations across the country.
