Primary Construction helped our homeowners association remodel our sauna room and did an excellent job. Their construction and tiling work they did for us came out excellent. They were also communicative during the job and estimate. I led this project with little understanding about construction and they were very helpful and informative.

I was fortunate to work with Sebastian after having a bad experience with another contractor. Sebastian and his team completed most of my project, which was a two bedroom, two bathroom addition to my house. The project was challenging because Sebastian had to step in after framing was completed, along with some incomplete rough plumbing and electrical. He quickly assessed the status of the project and provided me with a comprehensive and fair quote, and with an estimate time-line to complete the project. He corrected the mistakes by the prior contractor, and finished the project ahead of schedule. Throughout the project, Sebastian kept me informed of status and time-line of events. He had a project manager on site everyday, and his primary purpose was quality control and to ensure the job was being performed with care and accuracy. In addition, Sebastian regularly visited the project site to further ensure that all work was being performed correctly and professionally. Both he and his project manager were always responsive, courteous, and professional. All of the workers were likewise professional, friendly, courteous, and always cleaned up as much as possible before the end of each workday. In addition to the excellent construction work, Sebastian is also very design savvy, and frequently assisted with design options with the final cosmetic details details (e.g., paint colors, tiles, stone work, etc.). In the end, Sebastian completed the two bedroom and two bathroom addition, with a laundry room, replaced the countertop in my kitchen, painted my entire house, and added a wonderful deck to the backyard. I rarely post reviews, but Sebastian and his team were fantastic. I hope to work with them on future projects, and I highly recommend them.

The quality of the work speaks for itself .
I had my bathroom remodeled , actually TRANSFORMED by Sebastian . Let me just say that the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail will blow you away . Well as a customer who has had a projected completed and paid for with them I must say I was satisfied and definitely will work the company again!
