- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard price on some of my units. the standard price includes labor, installation and materials with a basic installation. price may change if the installation requires more material expenses upon customer's request and installation needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a request about the service I provide (WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS). I normally ask customers to provide the model or pictures of the unit that they wanted to be installed when it comes to installation request only. When a customer request is on buying a product I normally go to the process of firs introducing myself, my company and request a look on my thumbtack profile and all my customers reviews. I provide a full description of the product that I offer to my customers that includes model, unit capacity, quality and warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a Bachelors degree in Automobile Industry. I have also completed various water treatment courses in my previous work experiences on water treatment industry, 5-6 years of experience in general plumbing services with various plumbing companies in Southern California. In addition, work experience working on waste water treatment plant, i have also completed general construction projects with numerous contractors, working directly with inspectors to provide quality and safety.
