I was buying a house and the seller was violating the contract almost every day, including document signing, moving out of the house, taking things that should have been left (like the fridge, stove, etc.). Kellan stepped in when I was super stressed, reached out to the other side, worked hard with the other lawyer to reach a settlement, and then got me everything I wanted. He was also fairly priced. I'd recommend Kellan to anyone. Thanks.

Mr. Martz is not like other lawyers. He is above and beyond the nicest and most down to earth lawyer I've met. Most lawyers are slow to reply, charge you a ton, and are rude. Not Kellan. He helped me with a DUI case I had a few months ago and got me a plea deal that was very fair. I made a mistake and needed help, Kellan did a great job and was very clear in explaining how everything worked in court. His prices were very competitive and he let me pay in three installments so I didn't have to come up with that much all at once. Thanks Kellan.

Great lawyer. Resolved two different legal matters for me. One was criminal and one was a landlord-tenant issue I had. Both resolved to my satisfaction. Kellan also responds quickly to email, which I appreciate.

Kellan got me a really good deal after I made the mistake of getting a DUI. I was expecting much worse but was ver happy with the end result. Beyond the case, Kellan was really easy to work with, fair on his price, and quick to respond to my emails etc. Totally recommended for anyone who needs legal help.

I was stupid and got arrested. The cops charged with me several crimes, which seemed pretty ridiculous. however, Mr. Martz got them to drop several and he was able to work out a plea deal that was very fair in my opinion. I am able have the charges dismissed if I stay out of trouble. Mr. Martz was not what you think of when you think of a lawyer - he was nice, normal, easy to talk to, and didn't charge me a million dollars. Hopefully I don't have any more criminal problems, but if I do, Mr. Martz will be my first call.
