- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible, we tend to work with budgets and clients that we believe in. We understand budgets could be tight at the beginning, so we're here to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start from the ground up with brainstorming meetings or phone calls to get to know more about your brand and expectations. With a hands-on approach, we'll put together a strategy and clear copy everything with the client before proceeding. At the end of the day, we want to ensure our clients that their message and brand is being displayed to their liking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with some top agencies (Cornerstone & The Syndicate) before starting Vicious Buzz. My background is in the art & graphic design industry, but marketing was a beautiful way to merge the two. A brand or company could have the best product but without a great image and marketing strategy, it could get overlooked - I believe marketing and art go hand in hand. As an agency, we've worked with some greats brands like Skype and Nike and labels like Universal and Interscope, but my main goal & heart falls with start-ups and building together.
