- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take pride in my affordable pricing and cater to each and everyone's budget and project. I don't send out the same template to each customer and always cater my price to fit their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is always scheduling a call. I think phone calls are easier and more efficient when learning about a new event or portraits and it's best to be on the same page so the process will go smoothly.
