We install, we implement, we train owner and employees, we set up their marketing procedures, we "crank it up live"..... And, get results....... Then we charge a very reasonable service fee ongoing.. And if there is not any viable result.. We uninstall.. AT NO CHARGE.... We own proprietary software rights... We do not sell software... We "Invent,rent, and monitor" software... That allows Mom and Pop to be able to afford access to their customer base for much less ongoing ad cost and selling cost, so that they can "stay in the game".....And we LOVE seeing the smiles of our owners as they prosper.....

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our operating systems are custom prepared to each client... Our pricing for any single function or multiple functions package range from $27.00 to $500.00 Per month (or agreed upon specific period, and agreed upon price for unique or customization request installs). We do not charge for any consulting time to client personally. We do charge if agreed on in advance for certain types of prolonged conferencing on line for emergency events initiated by client where our systems are threatened...Security violations are, of course, grounds for severing the client/consultant relationship...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we have thoroughly researched, via our proprietary software, specific local small businesses within the USA whom we are confident we can serve. We contact the owner/ manager-ship via our secure contact system, and make an offer roughly outlining the systems we think would be a good fit. We schedule an Online Conference meeting if a reply expressing interest is received in our prospecting system. We usually present a full on working example of the system(s) of interest so that the client can see, feel, touch... We have learned from long experience that culture/techno shock... is the first service we should honorably deliver to our future client. We try to make it clear that we do not want money from that client who is fighting to survive and somewhat uneasy of all the horror stories floating around. Primarily, WE must prove that our systems will render positive results.. We will not accept a client unless they are ready to Rock And Roll with confidence... Enough Said ...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner Principals are seasoned small business owners whom have operated small businesses in the software programming industry and store front franchise industry.. Our staff is constructed on demand in the current live online mode with the latest technologies available. We have on call MA to AA degree experienced talent to serve our clients as well as the owner principals who both have graduate degrees in Software Systems Design, Accounting, and Medical Health Disciplines. We have been in Local Enterprise since before the Internet began.... And have invented and implemented software systems into a wide range of online and offline enterprise.
