- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The rates we charge are usually flat fees for Chapter 7 cases, some Chapter 13 cases are also flat fees. It really depends on the amount of work involved in each case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial 1/2 hour free consultation to discuss options for their particular situation. All necessary paperwork and documentation is collected from the client. Credit counseling course is taken by the client. We go over all paperwork with the client and have them sign before we file the appropriate chapter for them. We attend the Meeting of Creditors with the client and handle all hearings and motions on their behalf throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an attorney for 20 years and I have experience dealing with foreclosures and mortgage related issues that can be dealt with through bankruptcy. I also have a finance degree and have worked in financially related aspects of the legal field my whole career.
