- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I like to customize my quotes to what each individual wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new costumer I ask lord of questions and if we can't meet at least talk on the phone to make sure I get a clear idea of exactly what you want out of your photos. After that we set times and do the shoot. When the shoot is done I give myself 1 month to edit and process the photos. Then you get an email with a link to a private gallery where you can use those photos for social medias and to print small prints. I also send a disk with the photos at a high quality which you have the right to print at anytime and any size.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Northwest College majoring in Photographic Communications. At the time, it was ranked 8th in the nation for Commercial photography. I learned so much there but I am constantly taking more classes to keep up on the ever changing photography technology and styles.
