FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each yoga session lasts one hour unless the client requests a longer session. If clients book multiple sessions, they receive a discount depending on the number of sessions they purchase in advance. My initial coaching session is 1 hour and ongoing weekly sessions are 30-60 minutes long. Generally, clients work with me for a minimum of three months. Pricing varies depending on the client's needs and desired amount of meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a certified yoga instructor, I work with a variety of individuals at all skill levels. During our first meeting, I have my clients answer questions related to their background/experience with yoga or other physical fitness activities. I also want to know what the client hopes to gain from private yoga instruction both physically and mentally. Together, we will create a plan that meets the individual needs of the client. As a coach, my initial meeting with a client is an hour and includes a review of where the client has been and where the client wants to go. We discuss expectations and start creating a personal vision. Ongoing weekly coaching sessions last between 30-60 minutes and goals are set and reviewed with the client each week.
