Introduction: We offer a more personal training environment. We work with you individually or in a very small group depending on your comfort level. Our gym is in a private setting, only set aside for our clients. Our prices are set lower than most because we believe that fitness and health should be affordable. Also, our training ranges from strength, cardio, speed & agility, endurance, and more. Fitness has always played a major part of my life. I enjoy interacting with individuals that are determined to make a change. It brings me a great deal of joy to assist people with setting goals and helping them achieve those goals.

They provided outstanding service. They do a lot of circuit training with cardio, weights, and much more! They genuinely cares about how I was doing. They own a container that they turned into a gym so they are pretty competitive price wise compared to other group gyms and personal one on one sessions. It's very fun and exciting! 5 stars to the trainers and the gym They do a lot of outdoor work. It gets a little hot but they do everything they can to keep us comfortable!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first session we meet and discuss expectations and what is wanting to be achieved. We calculate the customer's BMI and begin setting a plan to meet the customer's goals. Once that is completed, we have the customer do an entry level workout to calculate the customer's fitness level. Having this information allows us to customize all future training sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Exercise Science NASM Certification IYCA Certification CPR Certification
